Al Capp's Li'l Abner was always being chased by voracious females -- and not just on the infamous Sadie Hawkins Day.
While he wasn't quite the lover boy of Capp's "Fearless Fosdick" (a spoof of Dick Tracy) he had no trouble attracting hundreds
of ladies over the years, many of whom would leave their mark on him. There were also Abbie 'n' Slats, Smilin' Jack, Gasoline
Alley, Popeye, and many, many other comic strip characters.
