Romance comics, which once were extremely popular, ran the gamut from True Confession type stories to cautionary
tales to gals trying to catch the guy of their choice and guys avoiding, (or seducing and abandoning), those very same gals
and every combination thereof. Often the girls were the aggressors, and on some occasions the love 'em and leave 'em
heartbreaking types. Whatever the kind of woman, they often made a lasting impression.
